Governing the purchase and use of banner-slot subscriptions, and reading the catalogue. Written to comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), the Distance Sales Regulations (2014), and equivalent EU consumer-protection rules.
Banner advertising slots on individual pain-point pages of bizpain.org, sold as monthly subscriptions through PayPal. Standard slot price: €20 per slot per month. Three slots per pain-point page. Higher-tier placements (industry overview pages, catalogue home) are negotiated individually — see /advertise.html.
Reading the catalogue itself is free and always will be.
Clicking Subscribe in an empty slot opens PayPal. When you complete the subscription in PayPal, a contract for the banner slot forms between you and the operator. PayPal is the payment processor; bizpain.org is the seller of the advertising service.
You then email your banner content (image / HTML / destination URL) to contact@aikraft.com. We install it within 24 hours of receipt on a normal business day. We email you when it is live.
We refuse and refund banner content that involves: unsubstantiated health, medical, or weight-loss claims; investment promises with implied or guaranteed returns; adult content; gambling targeted at or visible to minors; tobacco / vaping / nicotine; impersonation of any person or company you do not represent; content that is misleading, deceptive, or harmful to readers under our judgement.
If we refuse content, we refund the most recent payment within 7 business days. The full list of restrictions is on the Advertise page.
You may cancel the subscription at any time by:
Either way, no further monthly charges are taken. Your banner remains live until the end of the period already paid for.
Cooling-off period (Israeli Consumer Protection Law §14C, Distance Sales Regulations 2014). An individual purchaser of a continuous service may cancel the contract within 14 days of the initial subscription and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, email contact@aikraft.com within 14 days with the subject line "Refund — within cooling-off" and your PayPal subscription ID. Refund processed via PayPal within 7 business days. The lawful cancellation fee — 5% of the transaction or 100 NIS, whichever is lower — may be deducted (Article 14E(b) of the Law).
After 14 days. Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid month is non-refundable, because the banner was displayed for the period that was paid for.
Material service failure. If your banner does not appear within 7 days of you delivering valid content, you receive a full refund of the affected month with no time limit. Email contact@aikraft.com.
Refused content. If we refuse your banner content under §03, full refund of the most recent payment within 7 business days.
How refunds are paid. All refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account. PayPal typically takes 1–3 business days to deposit, on top of the 7-business-day processing window.
Pain-point pages are editorial in nature. Every named statistic and regulator citation is sourced and verified before publication. Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, business, or professional advice. All findings should be independently verified before being relied on.
If your business is named on a page in a way you wish to have removed or corrected, email contact@aikraft.com. We respond within 7 business days at no cost. Removal or correction is free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from use of, or reliance on, content on this site. Total cumulative liability arising from a banner-slot subscription is capped at the total amounts you have paid to the operator under that subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The operator does not guarantee 100% uptime. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site reachable. Brief outages do not entitle subscribers to a refund unless they cumulatively exceed 7 days in a billing month, in which case §05 "material service failure" applies pro-rata.
Use of this site is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance; if unresolved, the courts of Israel have jurisdiction, except where the consumer's domicile gives them a non-derogable forum under their home law.
The operator may modify these terms. Material changes affecting active subscribers are emailed to the address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. Active subscribers may cancel and request pro-rata refund of the unused portion of their current month if they do not accept the change.
