Each report is produced by a multi-stage AI research pipeline:

• Stage 1 — Discovery: AI agents identify and map all relevant online communities, forums, and complaint platforms for the target industry. Hundreds of sources evaluated.
• Stage 2 — Extraction: Large language models process thousands of posts in the native language, extracting specific complaints with context, severity, and business impact.
• Stage 3 — Verification: A separate AI reviewer cross-checks every claim against multiple sources. Unverified or fabricated data is flagged and removed.
• Stage 4 — Categorization: Pain points are classified by type (fraud, regulatory, pricing, operations, etc.), severity (critical/high/medium), and business impact.
• Stage 5 — Continuous Update: Reports are re-mined monthly. New complaints, emerging trends, and regulatory changes are added automatically.
